1. Business Development (40%)<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Identify, approach, and propose services to clients with influencer marketing budgets.</li><li>Manage the full client journey from prospecting, solution pitching, contract negotiation, execution, to campaign wrap-up reporting.</li><li>Ensure clients receive a high-quality service experience throughout all stages of engagement.</li></ul>2. Account Management (50%)<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Receive client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic proposals.</li><li>Build influencer/KOL selection strategies across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).</li><li>Develop campaign content and media allocation plans with projected results.</li><li>Oversee detailed campaign execution, ensuring alignment with agreed scope and deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate with partners (influencers, communities, creators) to ensure understanding and compliance with campaign requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot issues during execution, including proposing replacement partners when needed.</li><li>Deliver performance reports and ensure all outcomes are measured, tracked, and communicated to clients on time.</li><li>Maintain daily communication with stakeholders to keep clients fully updated.</li></ul>3. Paperwork &amp; Finance Management (5%)<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li>Monitor and ensure accuracy and completeness of client-related documentation.</li><li>Track and update client payment status.</li></ul>4. Account Manager (Influencer Marketing)

1. Business Development<ul><li>Proactively plan, identify, and approach both existing and potential clients to drive revenue growth.</li><li>Manage the full customer journey — from initial outreach, solution consultation, contract negotiation, campaign execution to reporting and post-campaign optimization.</li></ul>2. Account &amp; Campaign Management<ul><li>Receive client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop, propose, and present campaign solutions that meet both communication and commercial objectives.</li><li>Allocate budgets and ensure delivery of committed media performance (KPIs).</li><li>Contribute to strategy development for selecting KOLs/KOCs/Influencers/Communities tailored to each campaign type (PR, livestream, affiliate, social media, etc.).</li><li>Work with internal teams to propose content plans, execution scripts, and platform distribution to ensure effective message delivery and optimized outcomes (buzz, engagement, sales…).</li><li>Oversee detailed execution of campaign deliverables including content production, partner benefits, budget management, performance tracking, and issue resolution.</li><li>Manage external partners (KOLs, KOCs, MCNs), ensuring commitments, timelines, and quality standards are met; propose alternatives when necessary.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across key metrics: communication (reach, engagement, buzz, etc.) and commercial impact (GMV, ROAS, orders, etc.).</li><li>Consolidate, prepare, and present regular and final campaign reports with actionable recommendations for future optimization.</li><li>Act as the central liaison among clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.</li></ul>3. Paperwork Management<ul><li>Track and ensure all campaign-related documentation with clients is accurate and complete.</li><li>Monitor and update client payment status in a timely manner.</li></ul>4.
