VieBOARD is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive revenue growth across the company's Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising business. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding client and agency networks, managing sales pipelines, and building a high-performing sales organization to achieve ambitious business objectives.
1. Revenue Management & Sales Strategy
- Take full ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets assigned by the Head of Sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from the company's DOOH inventory and advertising assets.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and yield management across different sales models.
- Collaborate closely with Operations teams to align inventory availability, booking schedules, and campaign delivery with sales plans, maximizing revenue opportunities across all media assets.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve business results.
2. Client Development & Pipeline Management
- Directly engage in acquiring, developing, and closing business with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Establish and manage a structured sales pipeline covering all stages from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and expand relationships with media agencies, brands, and direct advertisers.
- Proactively propose innovative DOOH solutions that address client marketing objectives while generating sustainable revenue growth.
- Ensure pipeline transparency, accurate sales forecasting, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
3. Sales Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to strengthen product knowledge, sales capabilities, and market expertise.
- Train team members on DOOH products, media inventory, audience-based selling, traffic data analysis, and impression-based advertising models.
- Standardize sales materials, presentations, proposals, and sales processes.
- Support and lead the team in media pitches and competitive tenders to secure large-scale advertising projects.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
4. KPI Management & Performance Evaluation
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate KPIs for both individual team members and the overall sales team, with a strong focus on revenue growth and new client acquisition.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and one-on-one meetings.
- Develop improvement plans and career development roadmaps for team members.
- Ensure fair target allocation and effective performance management practices.
