DatVietMEDIA is looking for an Account Executive (LABC - Influencer Marketing Team) to support the planning, execution, and management of Influencer Marketing campaigns. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, influencers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve the agreed objectives and KPIs.
1. Business Development (10%)
- Support the (Senior) Account Manager in approaching and developing relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Assist in preparing service introductions, campaign proposals, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Support contract negotiations and campaign onboarding processes.
- Contribute to delivering a positive client experience throughout the partnership journey.
2. Account Management & Campaign Execution (30%)
- Receive and understand client briefs, working closely with internal teams to develop and propose campaign solutions aligned with communication and business objectives.
- Participate in campaign planning, including budget allocation, KPI management, influencer selection, content direction, and platform strategy.
- Coordinate and execute campaign activities according to approved timelines and deliverables.
- Manage and monitor KOLs, KOCs, Influencers, and Communities throughout campaign implementation.
- Handle day-to-day campaign issues and propose alternative solutions when necessary to ensure campaign success.
3. Communication & Coordination (40%)
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, influencers, communities, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all information is communicated accurately, clearly, and in a timely manner.
- Collect, monitor, and follow up on client feedback and campaign requirements.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth campaign execution and service delivery.
4. Reporting, Performance Tracking & Documentation (10%)
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure agreed KPIs and deliverables are achieved.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze campaign data to prepare performance reports and post-campaign evaluations.
- Prepare campaign completion reports, reconciliation documents, and other related paperwork.
- Track contracts, campaign documentation, and client payment status to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with relevant departments regarding billing, payment follow-up, and campaign reconciliation.
5. Other Responsibilities (10%)
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by the direct supervisor.
