Mô tả công việc:
- Manage corporate finance activities and process (M&A, capital raising); and act as in-house contact point with external parties (advisors, investors)
- In charge of marketing material preparation (Information Memorandum and Financial Model)
- Execute strategic business initiatives (growth initiatives, commercial partnership). Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Investment Banking, Investment management
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret complex data and information
- Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
