1. Communication & PR Planning (60%)

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies to promote the Group’s image across press and social platforms.
• Research and propose relevant local and international awards.
• Ensure effective use of budget, monitor performance, and provide reports on PR campaigns.
• Advise and coordinate with subsidiaries on promotional activities as assigned.
• Manage and grow external communication channels (e.g., website, Facebook, Instagram).
• Create and oversee communication content including press releases, PR articles, speeches, official letters, and scripts.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies, media partners, community organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Support CSR-related communication, especially Nam Phương Foundation initiatives.

2. Execution & Reporting (30%)

• Monitor media and social platforms to detect potential risks or crises.
• Actively coordinate crisis communication efforts and provide recommended solutions within 24–48 hours.
• Organize corporate events and press conferences.
• Propose and manage PR budget allocation; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Oversee contracts, reconciliations, and payments with media partners and vendors.

3. Other Duties (10%)

• Handle ad-hoc assignments and additional responsibilities aligned with the role’s objectives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Certifications in Communication, Marketing, or External Affairs are an advantage.

Work Experience

• 5+ years of experience in communication or public relations.
• Prior experience in media, entertainment, or content production is preferred.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of communication, entertainment, and digital technology trends.
• Strong media and press relations network.
• Expertise in PR strategy and planning.
• Hands-on experience with trending social platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, etc.).
