Legal Strategy & Risk Management

• Develop and implement short- and long-term legal strategies aligned with business goals
• Advise senior leadership to ensure full legal compliance across operations
• Identify and manage legal risks in contracts, M&A, and tax matters

Contract & Legal Advisory

• Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and standardization
• Oversee internal policies, procedures, and legal templates
• Act as legal lead for IPO processes and government liaison

Dispute Resolution & Litigation

• Handle disputes, litigation, arbitration, and settlements
• Oversee overdue debt cases and ensure legal documentation is complete

Legal Training & Compliance

• Deliver internal legal training and policy updates
• Maintain a comprehensive and accessible legal document system

• Law degree and Lawyer Practicing Certificate
• 13+ years in corporate and litigation law, with 5+ years in senior roles
• Deep knowledge of corporate, IP, labor, and investment law
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English; proficient in MS Office
