VieBOARD is looking for a proactive and experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee the development, installation, and operation of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) investment projects.

This position plays a key role in designing technical solutions, managing construction and installation activities, controlling operational costs, and ensuring the effective performance of the company’s DOOH systems and media assets.

1. Design product and architectural plans for the company's DOOH investment projects and prepare cost estimates for all necessary expenses related to the investment projects:

• Creating an overall design drawing and defining requirements for LED screen production as well as the connection between the platform and LED-related equipment.
• Collaborate with the Media Investment Department to survey installation sites and propose advertising formats for new media development projects.
• Create detailed design drawings including installation locations, equipment types, and technical specifications of screens to ensure durability and integration of the latest technologies for optimal performance.
• Prepare cost estimates for all necessary expenses related to the investment projects.

2. Manage and supervise the construction and installation of media investment projects:

• Monitor the installation process from start to finish. 
• Supervise the quality of construction and oversee project acceptance.

3. Manage existing assets and control expenses:

• Conduct ongoing maintenance and provide technical support to ensure screens remain operational, including regular inspections, troubleshooting, and performing necessary repairs or upgrades. 
• Monitor and compile actual image reports of clients’ campaigns and submit weekly reports to the Sales Department.
• Track, summarize monthly expenses such as electricity, internet, and other costs incurred at screen installation locations.

 4. Manage the Production Department:

• Design the entire production department and define requirements.
• Develop processes for the department, monitor and track the department's activities. 
• Support employees under your management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Technology, or related fields.
• Minimum 03 years of experience in outdoor advertising construction, DOOH systems, LED screen installation, or related construction projects.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software implementation and management, including server systems and technical infrastructure.
• Experience in screen installation, construction supervision, maintenance, and technical operations.
• Proficient in design and technical software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed project plans and technical proposals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of SQL and programming concepts is an advantage.
• English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 600 or IELTS 5.0 or above.
• Careful, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
