1. Design, develop, and deploy new application systems (80%)

• Develop application features based on approved design documents.
• Perform application testing prior to deployment.
• Support users during UAT to ensure applications are user-friendly, fast, and accurate.
• Prepare detailed user manuals and system administration documentation.
• Install and deploy applications into production environments.
• Evaluate application performance and effectiveness after deployment.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and resolve application-related incidents.
• Work independently or collaboratively within project teams, taking ownership of assigned components or modules.

2. Application system administration to ensure stable and efficient operations (20%)

• Maintain, update, and enhance existing applications.
• Propose feasible technical solutions for arising issues.
• Continuously update technical knowledge, stay current with technology trends, and apply new technologies to improve applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
• 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Hands-on experience with Golang in backend development
• Experience with Relational Databases (SQL Server or PostgreSQL)
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and testing process
• Familiar with Git and basic CI/CD workflows
• Ability to analyze requirements and implement backend features accordingly
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (BA, Tester, Designer, etc.)
• Willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages

Nice-to-have (Preferred, not mandatory)

• Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (K8s) or container-based deployment
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Basic knowledge of Frontend frameworks (React, Next.js)
• Experience in Media / Entertainment / Digital platforms
• Exposure to .NET development
• Experience with AI-related applications (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.)
• Experience with SharePoint or Microsoft 365 Development
