1. Organizational Development
- Develop workforce planning and BU budget plans; monitor monthly headcount and coordinate with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment.
- Update organizational structure, job functions, and job descriptions for all positions.
- Conduct job evaluations to build a competitive salary framework aligned with market benchmarks.
2. Performance Management (PMP)
- Implement annual KPI setting for employees and monitor execution.
- Oversee quarterly and annual PMP review processes.
- Analyze and evaluate performance results.
3. Talent Development Programs
- Identify and assess high-potential employees.
- Participate in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate with the L&D team to implement training and development programs.
4. Promotion, Salary Review, Disciplinary Actions & Labor Relations
- Review and assess employee performance; coordinate with OpCos to conduct salary reviews and promotions.
- Handle HR-related cases, disciplinary actions, and labor relations matters.
5. Employee Engagement Programs
- Implement employee engagement initiatives according to the Group’s annual plan.
