Develop media and communication strategies for content across social platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Threads) based on the Content Hub’s Content Plan.
Oversee and execute successful promotions of content on social media for audience engagement (B2C), ensuring content quality and focusing on interactions & engagement to enhance two-way digital marketing with viewers.
Handle media crises and negative publicity, propose defensive media strategies, and report directly to the MD/BOD/BOM on ongoing social defense activities.
Regularly collaborate with Content Producers to develop effective communication solutions for content.
Propose, plan, and manage the budget for promotional activities on social platforms and for MarCom.
Prepare performance reports for each social platform, analyze and measure data regularly.
Team Management: Build and optimize department processes, oversee team operations, and allocate resources efficiently. Recruit, evaluate performance, and provide on-the-job training for social media expertise.
Work with the Corporate Affairs Department of the Group to execute the organization’s campaigns.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Social Media, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
Or at least 7 years of experience managing large-scale social/viral campaigns in the FMCG industry.
Experience in Master Plan/Strategic Plan execution for Marketing & PR, particularly Social/Viral campaigns.
Knowledge of media, program production, and entertainment industry.
Strong understanding of content media and social/viral communication strategies.
Scriptwriting and editing skills for shows, films, TVCs, and viral clips.
Ability to quickly identify and integrate trends into content.
High work pressure tolerance.
Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.
