Responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring the Tech Hub’s budget to ensure effective utilization of financial resources in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.

1. Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts for the Tech Hub, ensuring alignment with the company’s business plan and strategic goals. Monitor and control budget performance; analyze variances and propose timely corrective actions. 
2. Allocate and control expenses by project, product, or cost center to optimize resource utilization. Prepare and update management reports, providing data and insights to support executive decision-making. 
3. Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in management accounting, FP&A, or financial consolidation.
• Preferably experienced in the technology sector.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy with numbers.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of business analytics tools.
• Highly motivated and results oriented.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and business units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and AI-supported analytical tools.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
