DatVietMEDIA is looking for an experienced Account Manager (Influencer Marketing) to lead and manage influencer marketing campaigns for brands and clients across multiple digital platforms. This role is responsible for business development, client servicing, campaign strategy, execution management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, influencers, and partners to ensure campaign success and long-term collaboration opportunities.
1. Business Development
- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients who have influencer marketing and digital advertising needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting, pitching solutions, proposal development, contract negotiation, campaign execution, to final reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic influencer marketing solutions tailored to client objectives.
- Ensure excellent service quality and client satisfaction throughout all stages of engagement.
2. Account Management
- Receive and analyze client briefs to develop strategic influencer marketing proposals and campaign plans.
- Build influencer/KOL selection strategies across social platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Develop content direction, media allocation plans, and projected campaign performance.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution to ensure deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are achieved.
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, communities, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and execution quality.
- Handle campaign issues proactively, including troubleshooting and proposing replacement solutions when necessary.
- Deliver campaign performance reports and maintain regular communication with clients throughout campaign execution.
3. Paperwork & Finance Management
- Monitor and ensure accuracy and completeness of campaign-related contracts, documents, and paperwork.
- Track and update client payment status and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, brands, influencers, and partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and maximize business growth opportunities.
