Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the company’s brand and projects. Manage and oversee all marketing and communication activities to enhance brand awareness, support sales performance, attract customers, and ensure consistency in messaging.
1. Marketing & Communication Strategy (20%)
- Develop sales & marketing strategies and budget plans for The Nam Khang projects.
- Propose and manage annual/quarterly marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Build mid-term and long-term brand development strategies.
2. Brand Management & Communication (30%)
- Define and strengthen brand positioning for the company and real estate projects.
- Develop and oversee brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging.
- Lead PR activities, media relations, events, and CSR programs.
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, making timely adjustments.
3. Sales & Product Support (20%)
- Design marketing and communication campaigns aligned with each sales phase.
- Support the Sales team with sales kits, communication materials, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market, customer, and trend analysis to optimize product positioning and messaging.
4. Digital Marketing Management (20%)
- Manage digital channels including website, social media, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.
- Ensure digital campaigns effectively drive leads, engagement, and sales conversion.
- Oversee digital content production (content, visuals, videos).
5. Others (10%)
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
