Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Planning

  • Develop short-term and long-term OOH advertising strategies to enhance client campaign performance and business growth.
  • Direct planning of commercial activities, sales pipelines, and new OOH product development across markets.
  • Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and service agreements for OOH business deals.
  • Manage P&L performance, ensuring profitability and alignment with Group business commitments.

2. Operations Leadership & Performance Management

  • Oversee campaign execution to ensure alignment with planning, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage operational problem-solving related to legal, technical, timeline, and quality issues.
  • Lead team organization, workload assignment, performance evaluation, and resource development.
  • Design and optimize internal processes, workflows, and systems to improve efficiency and service quality.

3. Client & Partner Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire potential clients through strategic consultation and tailored OOH solutions.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, including new formats, DOOH technologies, and strategic location assets.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with government authorities to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks for OOH assets.

4. Product Quality & Asset Management

  • Oversee all OOH investment projects including financial models, legal compliance, technical specifications, and asset development.
  • Monitor and ensure product quality and performance meet contractual standards and client expectations.
  • Continuously improve product offerings, inventory planning, and strategic asset expansion initiatives.

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Advertising, Media, or Communication, with strong preference for OOH industry experience.
  • Experience working with media agencies, OOH service providers, or OOH investment companies.

Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of investment law, contracts, and legal compliance in OOH contexts.
  • Solid knowledge of advertising, media planning, and OOH business models.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; advanced presentation and analysis skills are an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Business acumen and market insight.

Language:

  • Proficient in English.
