Account Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Job Description:

1. Business Development (40%)

  • Identify, approach, and propose services to clients with influencer marketing budgets.
  • Manage the full client journey from prospecting, solution pitching, contract negotiation, execution, to campaign wrap-up reporting.
  • Ensure clients receive a high-quality service experience throughout all stages of engagement.

2. Account Management (50%)

  • Receive client briefs and collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic proposals.
  • Build influencer/KOL selection strategies across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop campaign content and media allocation plans with projected results.
  • Oversee detailed campaign execution, ensuring alignment with agreed scope and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with partners (influencers, communities, creators) to ensure understanding and compliance with campaign requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues during execution, including proposing replacement partners when needed.
  • Deliver performance reports and ensure all outcomes are measured, tracked, and communicated to clients on time.
  • Maintain daily communication with stakeholders to keep clients fully updated.

3. Paperwork & Finance Management (5%)

  • Monitor and ensure accuracy and completeness of client-related documentation.
  • Track and update client payment status.

4. Client Relationship Management (5%)

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize long-term collaboration opportunities between the company, brands, and partners.

Job Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Digital Marketing preferred), Business Administration, Economics, or Public Relations.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Social/Influencer Agency or Digital Advertising Company.
  • Solid understanding of social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

Technical Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of communications and advertising.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time and project management.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and team development abilities, with the capacity to inspire and coach team members.

Computer Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • Familiarity with influencer management platforms is a plus.

Languages

  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
