Develop and control financial activities; prepare financial performance reports, business results, and monthly/annual PL and cash-flow forecasts.

1. Budgeting & Planning – 20%

• Develop annual budgets, track performance, and conduct monthly reforecasting.
• Prepare revenue and cost plans for each project (film lines, partnership channels, shows, program trading with TV stations, etc.).
• Advise the Board of Directors on financial optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with subsidiaries’ Directors to set annual business targets aligned with the Group’s strategy.

2. Financial Control – 30%

• Monitor and control monthly P&L, ensure cash flow balance, and optimize operating costs.
• Analyze business results and provide financial insights to the Management Team.
• Manage accurate and timely recognition of revenue and expenses.
• Oversee AR collection, payments, and optimize financial revenue.
• Monitor inventory status and propose optimization solutions when needed.

3. Financial Reporting – 20%

• Provide periodic financial and business performance reports to the MD/BOM and propose P&L optimization solutions.
• Develop forecast and financial budgeting reports.
• Track gaps between plans and actuals; assess company performance.
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, annual audit reports, and other required reports.
• Ensure all variances from budget/forecast are fully explained, including potential future impacts to the Group.

4. Handling Financial Matters – 10%

• Work with tax authorities regarding VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT and resolve arising tax issues.
• Work with internal and external auditors to address necessary adjustments.

5. Financial Policy & System Development – 10%

• Develop incentive policies, review monthly payments, and ensure proper accounting and valid documentation.
• Update newly issued tax regulations and disseminate them to Finance & Accounting staff.
• Train and guide team members to comply with Group processes, Vietnamese accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Participate in the Group’s ERP system development project.

6. Other Duties – 10%

• Perform other related tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. (MBA/CPA/ACCA/CFA is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, or at least 3 years in a similar managerial role.
• Experience with ERP systems and ability to quickly adapt to new tools/software.
• Knowledge of the Media & Advertising industry is preferred.
• Solid experience in performance evaluation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to support business strategic planning and decision-making.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good English communication.
