Managing the image rights and exclusive commercial exploitation of hundreds of artists brought DatVietVAC over 559 billion VND in revenue, according to its 2025 financial report.

DatVietVAC, the company behind a number of popular entertainment programs such as Anh Trai Say Hi, has disclosed its 2025 consolidated financial statements for the first time. The company recorded revenue of more than VND 3,496 billion, down 8.6% from the previous year.

However, its gross profit margin increased from around 17.4% to nearly 20.9%. Net profit after tax reached VND 213 billion, up nearly 49%.

By revenue structure, the sale of advertising airtime remained DatVietVAC’s largest revenue source, contributing more than VND 1,415 billion, or around 40.5% of total revenue.

Notably, artist management rose to become the company’s second-largest business segment, generating VND 559.2 billion, equivalent to around 16% of consolidated revenue, and increasing 76.6% from the previous year - the highest growth rate among the company’s business lines.

Previously, according to Mr. Dao Van Kinh, Chief Executive Officer of DatVietVAC, the company currently connects with around 95% of artists in Vietnam and holds exclusive commercial exploitation rights for more than 100 artists.

He said DatVietVAC not only participates in artist management but also invests in the training and development of artists under a “Zero to Hero” model. This enables the company to expand commercial monetization through entertainment programs, performances, music and fan-oriented activities.

Mr. Kinh cited artists such as HIEUTHUHAI and Quang Hung MasterD as examples of talents whose appeal increased significantly after participating in programs produced by DatVietVAC.

In addition to the two business lines above, advertising services contributed more than VND 533 billion in revenue, event organization generated VND 396.2 billion, while program and film licensing reached VND 314.3 billion. Among these, event organization revenue increased by more than 51%, while revenue from advertising services and program and film licensing decreased by approximately 41% and 39%, respectively.

The three business segments of advertising airtime sales, artist management and advertising services contributed more than 70% of total revenue in 2025. Compared with the previous year, the revenue contribution from artist management and event organization increased, while traditional segments such as advertising services and licensing narrowed.

As of December 31, 2025, DatVietVAC’s total assets stood at VND 1,905.7 billion. The company held nearly VND 398.4 billion in cash and cash equivalents, along with VND 476.2 billion in short-term financial investments. Equity reached VND 918.6 billion.

In parallel, the company also announced its plan for an initial public offering (IPO) at VND 54,800 per share, corresponding to a valuation of more than USD 230 million upon listing.

DatVietVAC originated as a media company established in 1994 and transitioned to a holding company model in 2019, with member companies including Vie Channel, VieON, Dong Tay Promotion and DatVietOOH.

For 2026, DatVietVAC targets revenue of VND 3,382 billion and net profit after tax of VND 420 billion. The company expects to maintain an average annual growth rate of 15% during the 2026-2030 period, aiming to reach VND 5,000 billion in revenue and VND 780 billion in net profit after tax over the next five years.

DatVietVAC currently has 48 shareholders, of which three major shareholders collectively hold 48.2% of the company’s capital. Chairman Dinh Ba Thanh owns 21.96% of shares, while Chief Executive Officer Dao Van Kinh holds 14%.
